Whenever I feel like I've been eating poorly,  I would go to the market and buy the same fruits and veggies to make detox water.  There are many different variations, but I enjoy this combo the most.   You can also add a green, cranberry, or dandelion root tea bag in the mix.  Once you finish the water, you can fill it back up and reuse the fruits and veggies once or twice more.
